Braised Chicken Rice Bowl (1 Serving) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • All-in-One Soy Sauce 70g
  • Chicken (diced) 150g
  • Vegetables (sliced mushrooms, chopped cabbage, julienned 1/4 onion)
  • Sesame seeds (a pinch)
  • 1 bowl of rice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Dice the chicken, slice the mushrooms, chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, and julienne the onion.
  2. Stir-fry chicken and vegetables: In a pan, stir-fry the vegetables until slightly softened. Then, add the diced chicken and continue to stir-fry. Once the chicken is halfway cooked, add 70g of All-in-One Soy Sauce and stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked.
  3. Assemble the rice bowl: Place the stir-fried chicken and vegetables over a bowl of rice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
